新型ZVS 軟開關(guān)直流變換器的研究
摘要:綜述了幾種新型的零電壓(ZVS)DC/DC變換器,并分析了變換器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),研究了一種新型MOSFET作為開關(guān)器件的三電平ZVS變換器,并分析了這種變換器一個(gè)周期的工作狀態(tài)。該變換器用耦合電感代替常規(guī)電感,耦合電感通過變壓器反射到原邊,使變換器在零狀態(tài)時(shí)的環(huán)流減小到零,實(shí)現(xiàn)了外管零電壓開通,內(nèi)管零電流關(guān)斷。由于不存在一次側(cè)環(huán)流,減小了通態(tài)損耗。

Abstract:
Some type of DC to DC converter are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analysised. A three-level zero-voltage switching (ZVS) MOSFET converter was studied. A coupled inductor was used to substitute inductor, so that the circulating current in the zero state could be zero. The converter realizes zero-current tuning off for inner switching, and zero-voltage tuning on for outer switching. No circulating current exist in zero sate, so that the losses in on-state was decreased

0 引言
近年來,隨著電力電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)直流變換器的要求越來越高,尤其是在高壓大功率應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。為了提高DC/DC 變換器的效率,現(xiàn)在廣泛采用軟開關(guān)技術(shù),其中采用零電壓開關(guān)(ZVS)的較多[1]-[3]。本文中總結(jié)了目前廣泛研究的幾種新型直流變換技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并分析了加入耦合電感的三電平直流變換器工作原理。
